Weighing and picking
A screen designed for the tablet next to the scale: clear to read, fast to use, and a list that refreshes itself every fifteen seconds.
Weights from the scale go straight to the invoice. No gaps between what was ordered and what was delivered.
Each item keeps its lot and expiry date. Crates are counted per order and per driver.
With more than one legal entity, the plant sees all orders together and each one goes back to its own company.
Filter by carrier, a daily number readable from the scale and a printed control sheet per driver.
An order pending approval does not appear on the weighing list. No goods leave without credit.

Artificial intelligence
Gestión MMSys builds in Claude, Anthropic's artificial intelligence model, to read documents and type for you. Your back-office team stops transcribing and starts reviewing.
Upload the PDF and the AI fills in type, number, CUIT, CAE, line items and tax rates, and recognizes the supplier by its CUIT. A PDF with dozens of invoices loads in one go, and the system flags the ones already on file.
The customs entry PDF is interpreted and loaded into the system, ready to allocate and post.
The first time it receives a bank's statement, the AI learns its format. From then on it reads it instantly, classifies fees, VAT, IIBB, bank debit tax and tax collections, and suggests the matches to reconcile.
Everything the AI enters stays visible for review before it is confirmed. The final decision always rests with a person.
Meat regulations and ARCA
Selling meat comes with its own obligations. Gestión MMSys handles them within the same workflow, connected to the official web services.

If the sale requires a meat shipping note, the invoice does not request the CAE until the note is issued, and links it automatically. The same applies to the COT. The system prevents the error instead of finding it later.

If the customer is over their limit or the rep asks for longer terms, the order is held until a manager approves or rejects it.
