Multi-level formulas, from raw material to concentrate and from concentrate to diluted formula, with six-decimal recipes and weighing to a ten-thousandth of a gram.

Each line checked off deducts stock. It records scrap, breakage, leftovers and who completed the line.
Live tanks, scheduling estimated from each formula's actual history, and TV mode for the plant floor.

Compliance
The system knows the composition of each formula and uses it to generate the documents that customers and regulators require.
Calculated by use category, with limits imported from the official standards table and versioned by amendment.

No lot ships until it is released.
Everything produced, from concentrate to finished unit, goes into quarantine until Quality analyzes it. The order is not picked before then. Each lot keeps its retained sample, its deviations and its complete record.

Using the ingredients and their percentages, it checks the formula against IFRA, the European Union, FDA, Japan, MERCOSUR and ANMAT. It is a guidance review, ahead of the certificate.
The supplier's reply as a PDF, Excel file or photo is converted to dollars per kilo, ready to compare.
