For the chemical industry
Gestión MMSys brings sales, plant, lab and back office together in a single system. The customer order becomes a production order, the operator weighs lot by lot with on-screen guidance, Quality releases the batch and the certificate of analysis is one click away. All with actual cost per kilo.
The workflow
The customer order drives everything else: the production order, raw materials, weighing, analysis and invoice. Each step is signed by whoever performed it.
Production
A plant-floor tablet app with the tank control room, the batch queue and a TV mode for a wall display.
Components by percentage, process steps and tests. When a new version is published, the previous one becomes obsolete automatically.
Before it starts, each batch shows whether its raw materials are at the plant, in another warehouse or missing.
Shows which lot to use, from which warehouse and how many kilos. Flags out-of-tolerance weights and blocks expired lots.
Enter actual kilos, packaging and units. Packaging is deducted from stock automatically.
Flags in red whatever will miss the date promised to the customer, in time to reschedule.
Management, plant manager, operator, engineering, quality, warehouse and purchasing get their tasks in real time.
Sample data.
Quality
Quarantine is not a suggestion: the system will not let you sell what Quality has not released.
Numeric ranges or text, in %, ppm or whatever unit applies, with shelf life and retained-sample days.
The system evaluates each result as it is entered. If someone corrects a value, it records who and why.
A non-conforming sample stops the tank. Engineering corrects it with traced raw materials and requests a new sample.
COA as a PDF with the company logo, issued for each customer and stored so it cannot be altered.
When a complaint comes in: order, operator, tank, raw material lots with supplier, analysis and who released it.
Root cause, corrective action and closure, linked to the batch that triggered it.
If it was not released, it is not sold.
To release a batch, you must record where its retained sample is stored. Only then does the lot become available in the ERP with its expiry date, ready to be allocated to an order.
Safety and compliance
The system classifies each mixture under GHS from its formula and generates the 16-section safety data sheet, with official pictograms and H and P statements in Spanish.
Versioned and printable. The hazard, composition and transport sections are filled in from the classification.
By concentration rules, with pictograms GHS01 to GHS09 and the H and P statements of GHS revision 9.
CAS number looked up in PubChem or imported from the supplier's PDF data sheet.
Artificial intelligence
Gestión MMSys builds in Claude, Anthropic's artificial intelligence model. An assistant answers with the plant's real data, analyzes the KPIs and reads the documents that used to be typed by hand.
| Lot 2409-112 · Plant | 620 kg · expires 11/2026 |
| Lot 2502-031 · Plant | 800 kg · expires 03/2027 |
| Lot 2506-077 · Warehouse 2 | 420 kg · expires 07/2027 |
Sample data.
It answers about tanks, a batch's history, raw material stock, late orders, expiry dates and tasks, in the ERP and on the tablet. Read-only: it never changes anything. It can also answer by voice.
It reads the plant KPIs and returns a summary, a health score from 0 to 100, the trend, priorities and alerts.
Supplier invoices and import customs entries in PDF are loaded without typing: the AI fills in the data and recognizes the supplier.
The AI learns each bank's format and classifies fees, taxes and tax collections for reconciliation.
Costs, foreign trade and sales
Based on the Incoterm, it adds freight, insurance, duties, statistics fee, customs broker and local freight, using the rates for the NCM tariff code and allocating by FOB. VAT and tax collections are shown separately because they are tax credits.
| FOB | US$18,400 |
| International freight and insurance | US$2,150 |
| Duties and statistics fee | US$2,880 |
| Customs broker and local freight | US$960 |
| Landed cost · 16,000 kg | US$1.52 / kg |
| VAT and tax collections | tax credit, shown separately |
Sample data.
Each batch is valued at the purchase price of the raw material lot actually used. The formula also shows its standard cost in US$ per kilo.
Container tracking from departure to arrival, linked to the import cost estimate.
Trips are planned around truck capacity in pallet positions: drums, bags, jerrycans and IBCs.
Sales rep commissions by product, with credit notes deducted, and external agents with rates in US dollars.
The rep takes the order on the phone, picks the packaging for each line and sees the customer's balance.
Complete back office
What is produced, sold and purchased reaches accounting with its journal entry. No spreadsheets in between.
Quotes, multi-currency price lists, special prices by customer, credit approvals and e-invoicing.
Purchase orders, goods receipts by lot, statistics by supplier and product in pesos and dollars.
Exchange differences turned into debit and credit notes, and cash projection with payment commitments.
Checks, endorsements, AI-assisted bank reconciliation and bank fees posted automatically.
SIRCAR, SICORE, Libro IVA Digital, tax collections, and IIBB and income tax withholding certificates in PDF.
Automatic journal entries, inflation adjustment and financial statements, with multiple companies and per-company permissions.
Demo
In a single meeting we walk through the real workflow: an order turned into a production order, weighed at the plant, released by Quality with its certificate, and the assistant answering with plant data.
